Job: Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Director (No recruiters/agencies please)
Salary: (depending on experience)
Location: Nottingham City Centre (Plus flexibility to work from home)
We are a small, specialist, and growing digital marketing agency focused on the legal sector. We support law firms with content, SEO, PPC, website design and improvements, lead tracking, and conversion tracking.
We are looking for a senior-level digital marketer with strong agency experience to manage client delivery across content, reporting, SEO, PPC, and website updates. This role is hands-on and client-facing, suited to someone who is comfortable taking ownership and operating with minimal layers, acting as a confident day-to-day contact for clients.
You will take client meetings, manage the team, lead delivery conversations, and take responsibility for projects, tasks, reporting, and implementation. As the team grows, you will help shape processes and standards, but you must also be comfortable doing the work yourself where required. You will also be expected to make delivery and prioritisation decisions using agreed standards and commercial judgement, rather than escalating things.
Experience in professional services or law firm marketing is desirable but not essential. Training can be provided. What matters most is proven agency experience, sound judgement, and the ability to deliver high-quality work at pace while keeping clients informed and confident.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time role, 5 days per week, 9:00am to 5:00pm to cover client requests and tasks. We typically work from our Nottingham City Centre office 3 days per week, with 2 days per week working from home.
