Are you a hands-on engineering professional with solid experience in GMP manufacturing? Weâre seeking a GMP Engineering Specialist Technician to support daily operations at a brand-new, cutting-edge biomanufacturing facility focused on next-generation vaccines and biologics.
This is a contract opportunity to work at the forefront of scientific and technical innovation â supporting high-value projects, advanced equipment, and global collaboration.
đ ïž What Youâll Do
* Act as Engineering Owner for key GMP equipment (e.g. UF, chromatography systems, single-use mixers, fermenters, buffer prep vessels).
* Provide real-time, on-the-floor technical support to maximise equipment uptime.
* Troubleshoot process and mechanical issues; implement effective CAPAs.
* Lead small-to-medium technical projects to enhance reliability and compliance.
* Manage quality documentation, including deviations, change controls, and investigations.
* Collaborate closely with MS&T, QA, and Global Engineering teams.
* Contribute to tech transfer and new platform readiness activities.

What Weâre Looking For
* Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
* Minimum 4 yearsâ experience in biopharma or GMP-regulated environments.
* Hands-on experience with bioprocess equipment and cleanroom operations.
* Strong documentation and structured problem-solving skills.
* Self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability.
* Comfortable working 100% on-site in a fast-paced environment.
