ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking experienced RC Frame Concrete Finishers to join our teams on projects across Dartford. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete finishes on reinforced concrete structures, ensuring all works are completed to specification and the highest standards of workmanship. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Finishing concrete to a high standard on RC frame structures including slabs, walls, and columns Power floating, tamping, and hand finishing concrete surfaces Striking off and levelling concrete to required tolerances and finishes Carrying out remedial and cosmetic works to concrete surfaces where required Working closely with concrete gangs, shuttering carpenters, and steel fixers Ensuring correct curing and protection of finished concrete Reading and interpreting drawings and finish specifications Maintaining clean and safe working areas at all times Following all site health & safety procedures and RAMS REQUIREMENTS: Valid CSCS Card (essential) Proven experience as a concrete finisher on RC frame projects Ability to carry out power floating and achieve high-quality finishes Strong understanding of concrete behaviour, curing, and finishing techniques Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Good awareness of site health & safety practices Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Right to work in the UK DESIRABLE: NVQ Level 2 in Concrete Finishing or equivalent CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Ride-On Power Float or relevant plant tickets* Experience working on large-scale RC frame or high-rise projects Abrasive Wheels / Manual Handling Training 3–5 years of RC frame concrete finishing experience * Please note: to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards that are CSCS-affiliated and carry the CSCS hologram.
