Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative Marketing Coordination Manager to join Inception Group's award-winning Marketing team. This is a hands-on, mid-senior role that blends campaign management, content production, and day-to-day marketing operations - ideal for someone with solid experience who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Working across Inception Group's portfolio of experiential hospitality brands, you will act as the central connector between venues, partners, and the marketing team. You'll manage the coordination of campaigns and activations, produce engaging content, and ensure sponsorship deliverables, reporting, and admin run smoothly. This role works closely with the Digital & Social Media Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager, and the Head of PR to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across all channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Activation Coordination
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of the central marketing and activation calendar, ensuring deadlines, assets, and rollouts are met.
* Act as the central marketing contact for General Managers, ensuring venue campaigns and experiences are supported end-to-end - from activation details and asset coordination to timely campaign updates
* Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, key date activations, and experiential events.Coordinate with internal managers (Digital & Social Media, Digital Marketing, PR & Media) to integrate campaigns across all channels.
Content Creation & Social Media
* Produce short-form video content (TikTok/Reels) - from ideation and filming to editing and publishing.
* Conduct regular venue visits to capture live content, behind-the-scenes activity, and guest experiences.
Digital & Listings
* Own the creation and updating of "What's On" pages across brand websites, working with the Digital Marketing Manager on scheduling and campaign priorities.
* Manage and update third-party platform listings (e.g. DesignMyNight, Fever, Tripadvisor & Google), ensuring content is accurate and engaging.
* Support website content updates and ticket submissions to Propeller, under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager.
* Monitor digital performance and highlight insights for optimisation.
Partnerships & Sponsorships
* Maintain the sponsorship deliverables tracker, ensuring deadlines are met and value is delivered.
* Coordinate creative assets, proofs, and reporting for sponsors and brand partners.
* Act as liaison with external partners for campaign logistics and execution, supporting the PR & Media Manager on partnership comms.
* Ensure sponsorship invoices are raised accurately and budgets are tracked in coordination with Finance.
Reporting & Insights
* Compile weekly and monthly performance reports across campaigns, social, and digital.
* Collate inputs from the Digital Marketing Manager, Digital & Social Media Manager, and PR & Media Manager into one master report.
* Support campaign wrap decks to measure success and highlight insights.
Creative Ops & Admin
* Manage invoice processing, budget tracking, and supplier coordination with Finance.
* Support internal team meetings with agendas, action tracking, and task follow-ups.
Key Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years' experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or experiential brands.
* Strong campaign coordination experience with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Content creation skills, particularly in TikTok/Reels video production.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, comfortable acting as the main liaison point between GMs, partners, and internal teams.
* Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other editing tools; familiarity with CMS, Airship, and SevenRooms a plus.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a balance of creativity and operational discipline.
