Job Summary
The Digital Operations team is the driving force behind RKD Group's digital campaign delivery. We ensure projects move seamlessly from plan to production to launch by aligning timelines, organizing workflows, and keeping deliverables on track.
As the bridge between Strategy, Creative, Tech, Media, and Account Management, we make sure every team has what they need to bring campaigns to life. Our focus is on execution—we work behind the scenes (not directly with clients) to keep campaigns moving efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage campaign and project workflows in Adobe Workfront from kickoff to launch
* Create and maintain project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across departments
* Oversee production workflows for:
* Creative assets such as emails, graphics, and campaign copy
* Tech deliverables including web updates, donation forms, and email campaigns
* Media assets including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and Google Grant ads
* Coordinate handoffs between Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Media teams to ensure smooth progress
* Anticipate risks or delays, flag issues early, and help re-route work as needed
* Confirm all deliverables meet internal standards before finalization

* Strategy – Turn campaign plans into actionable tasks and timelines
* Creative – Route briefs, track milestones, and keep deliverables aligned with deadlines
* Tech – Coordinate workflows for web deliverables, email campaigns, and platform updates while resolving blockers
* Media – Manage the production of ads and digital assets to meet campaign schedules
* Account Management – Maintain project timelines and updates in Workfront, enabling AMs to stay client-focused
You will be the operational backbone of the digital workflow—driving campaigns forward and keeping every team aligned.
Qualifications & Skills
* 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, digital operations, or production (agency experience a plus; internship experience included)
* Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront or similar)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on collaboration and process
Location: Remote
Pay Range expected for the position: $50k- $55k annually.
The position level and compensation for this role will be determined based on the market location, experience, job skills, and qualifications of the candidate.
