About the role…
Head Office – Thorne (DN8) ¦ Full-time
Be the front line of our OEM performance. As an OEM Digital Sales Coordinator, you’ll manage and qualify inbound digital enquiries while protecting brand standards and driving key manufacturer KPIs — from lead response times to appointment conversion and mystery shop results.
This is a head-office role supporting our dealer network and OEM partners, ensuring every enquiry is handled compliantly, consistently, and professionally.

1. Fast, compliant lead response aligned to OEM SLA requirements
2. High-quality enquiry qualification to maximise appointment show rates
3. A smooth, professional, and engaging experience from first click to showroom visit.
4. Accurate data capture across OEM and internal systems to support audits and reporting
5. Strong collaboration with dealerships and digital teams
What we’re looking for...
6. Automotive, sales, or dealership experience (preferred, not essential)
7. Confidence in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
8. Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset
9. A professional communicator who understands brand representation
10. Someone who is comfortable working to targets, SLAs, and performance metrics
11. A Customer-focused, commercially aware, and proactive agent

40 hours per week across opening hours
Mon–Fri 8am–6pm ¦ Sat 9am–5pm ¦ Sun 10:30am–5pm
(Weekend working on a rota basis)
