Location:Regular customer site visits required, including London locations. Home-based with 1 day per week at our Hereford office
Must have a Full UK driving licence – own car is preferred
Essential Technical Skills & Experience
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Identity
* Entra ID (Azure AD): Deep understanding of identity management, conditional access policies, and hybrid identity scenarios
* Microsoft Intune: Hands-on experience with device management, compliance policies, and application deployment
* Windows Autopilot: Proven track record deploying and configuring zero-touch device provisioning
* Security Baselining: Implementation and management of security baselines across Microsoft 365 environments
* Tenant Management: Experience adopting existing Microsoft 365 tenancies and configuring tenant security
* Google Workspace Migrations: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
Networking & Security
* SonicWall Firewalls: Configuration, management, and troubleshooting of SonicWall appliances including VPN, firewall rules, and security policies
* UniFi Cloud Controller: Experience managing UniFi network infrastructure, including switches, access points, and network segmentation
* RADIUS Server: Familiar with RADIUS authentication servers for network access control
* Network Design: Strong understanding of network design principles, VLANs, routing, and security
Server & Virtualisation
* Windows Server: Solid experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and file services
* Linux Servers: Familiar with Linux server administration and support
* VMware: Good understanding of VMware virtualisation platforms (ESXi, vCenter)
* Virtual Environments: Experience designing and managing virtualised infrastructure
* Cloud Hosting: Experience deploying and managing cloud hosted systems with AWS and Azure
* SAN Infrastructure: Knowledge of storage area networks and enterprise storage solutions
Deployment & Project Experience
* Greenfield Deployments: Proven involvement in new environment builds from the ground up
* Server Commissioning: Experience planning, installing, and configuring new server infrastructure
* Documentation & Design: Strong documentation skills for creating runbooks, deployment guides, technical specifications, solution proposals, and infrastructure diagrams
