The role
As a Clubhouse Chef you'll be responsible for delivering a high level of food to all our golf guests. This role will be based in our Golf Club kitchen with an opportunity to enhance your skills during the off-season in our extended state of the art main kitchen or spacious banqueting kitchen, you'll be responsible for:
* The preparation, presentation and service of dishes for a variety of events or services.
* Gaining extensive knowledge of our menus and food offerings.
* Assisting the management team in the control of all food supplies and purchases coming in and out of the kitchen, using date labelling processes.
* Adhere to all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
About you
As a Clubhouse Chef, you'll work alongside the Golf Club Catering Manager and be part of a growing team who pride themselves in delivering a first-class product every time.
We ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn. You'll have a real passion for food, and excellent attention to detail to provide consistent standards.
You will also:
