Responsibilities:
1. Carry out annual and interim maintenance visits in compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
2. Carry out the installation / replacement of new or existing gas appliances and heat emitters.
3. Installation of gas pipework including appropriate tightness / strength testing as required.
4. Replacement of heating controls and components as per manufacturer’s instructions.
5. Carry out Combustion Performance Analysis to gas appliances as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
6. Domestic ACS qualifications - CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1
7. OFTEC and BPEC registration (where required)
8. Awareness of Health & Safety Regulations
9. Full clean and current driving licence
10. Unvented Hot water
