The Role:
* Supports their team in delivering exceptional customer service
* Working areas may vary, e.g., Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service, and/or Conference and Events
* Acts as the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and guests to ensure a smooth and memorable experience
* Welcomes guests politely and friendly, demonstrating great customer service
* Maintains a visible presence within your working area
* Responds promptly and effectively to all customer requests and queries
* Learn from complaints to enhance future customer service
* Deals with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
* Has good knowledge of hotel and hotel products
