This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Account Management team, currently consisting of 2 Customer Service Account Managers and 2 Sales Administrators who report into the Head of Account Management.
As an Customer Services Representative in our Account Management Team, you will:
Have responsibility for producing additional documentation, such as pricing matrixes, to support the clients and their orders.
Support clients through their order processes with your expert knowledge and advise customers to resolve any issues a determination to problem-solve is key!
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, having an attentive understanding of their requirements, key contacts and what support they will need from you.
Build and develop your own knowledge of the print and packaging industry, and the products and services that Autajon Labels Royston offer to their clients.
The initiative to react quickly when a situation arises.
Knowledge of printing and packaging would be advantageous, but experience in a Customer Service or Account Management position is essential
Capability to manage multiple projects and successfully prioritise your workload.
Someone with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service.
