We are currently seeking skilled and experienced PTS Electricians for upcoming works starting Q1 2024. As a PTS Electrician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on rail infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will hold a valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) and have a strong background in electrical work within the rail industry.
You will be responsible for:
Maintenance and installation of walkway lights, points heating and the DNO supplies and circuit testing
Interpretation of layout and schematic drawings
Putting into action advices impacting the safety of systems into place, undertaking and assisting others in safety testing and design works
Ensure that all work undertaken is within the limits as laid out in the relevant authority to work permit

Able to read and draw schematic drawings
Aware of the relevant Network Rail Standards and NICEIC requirements for electrical test and inspection
