About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take on a key role in a busy, well-regarded property department, handling a broad range of high-quality work and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and development work. Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and related documentation. Provide clear, practical legal advice to a diverse client base including developers, investors, SMEs, and commercial landlords and tenants. Maintain and develop strong client relationships through excellent service and communication. Support more junior members of the team as appropriate. Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the department. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with 3 years PQE in commercial property. Solid technical expertise in property law with the ability to work autonomously on complex matters. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to deliver pragmatic legal advice. Excellent communication, organisational, and client-care skills. A proactive approach to business development and networking. Desirable: Experience with healthcare or retail sector property work. Familiarity with property finance and development agreements. Previous experience in supervising or mentoring junior fee earners.
