About the Firm. Our client is a well-established regional law firm with multiple offices across Oldham, Greater Manchester. Known for providing expert legal services in residential property law. They are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and remorgages
* Advising clients on property finance, secured lending, and conveyancing processes
* Drafting contracts, lease agreements, and related legal documentation
* Conducting due diligence, title reviews, and handling post-completion formalities
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party professionals
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and conveyancing standards
* Supporting junior solicitors and contributing to the department’s business development initiatives
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
* Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multi-office legal team
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to case management
* Experience in working within a regional or multi-office firm (preferred but not essential)
