Lead daily huddles and deliver real-time coaching to inspire excellence. Identify and implement tactical improvements in sales and service delivery. Analyse performance data to uncover opportunities for growth. Mentor team members, support development plans, and nurture talent. Act as the go-to contact for operational queries and issue resolution. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to grow partner accounts and boost conversions. Support company sales initiatives and revenue growth campaigns. Provide regular feedback and contribute to performance reviews. Ensure process consistency, service quality, and compliance standards. Foster a high-performing, positive team culture built on collaboration and accountability. Step up as deputy for the Team Manager when required to maintain strong leadership and continuity. What are we looking for? Proven experience in a sales or service leadership role, ideally within estate agency, conveyancing, or property services. A track record of driving team performance and achieving sales targets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data. Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities focused on team growth and development. Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and motivating others. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and external partners.
