Service Coordinator - Assisted Discharge
Location: Bristol- Covering Royal Infirmary & Southmead Hospital
Salary: £23,590 - £25,155 P er Annum
Hours: 35 per week, (Mon-Fri, 10am - 6pm)
Contract: Permanent
Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle.
