The Role
* Business development — winning new clients
* Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
* Building and growing your own desk
* Account management and client retention
* Sourcing and placing candidates
* Negotiating fees and closing deals
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales background
* Track record of billing or business development
* Confident in winning new business
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Strong relationship-building skills
