My client based in Birmingham B4 is looking for a personal assistant.
Job Details
* Birmingham B4
* £16.41-£18.19 per hour depending on experience
* Temporary around 3 months
* Monday to Friday
* 09:00-17:00
* Starting ASAP
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high quality secretarial and organisational support service.
* Effective management of electronic diaries, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as
* Provide support for an extensive range of meetings. This will include scheduling, preparing agendas,
* pre meeting briefings and meeting papers, noting action points and following them up.
* Drafting correspondence, memos and reports and preparing presentations.
* Word processing documents from written copy or audio files.
* Receiving and dealing with telephone calls professionally, re-directing or taking messages.
* Organising and maintaining effective filing systems
* Acting as a key liaison point between the senior managers and other key parties, setting up meetings
* as appropriate and maintaining good communications.
* Making travel arrangements, booking accommodation and processing claims for expenses.
* Organising arrangements for events.
* Providing cover for other personal assistants or administrative staff as required.
Qualifications
* Degree level education or equivalent.
* Excellent IT skills including advanced knowledge of word processing,
* spreadsheet and presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Word,
* Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience as a personal assistant.
