You’ll have the autonomy to uphold high clinical standards, mentor a dedicated team, and ensure every resident receives deeply personalized care. The Role Lead & Govern: Oversee care plans, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. Clinical Judgement: Use your expertise to make critical decisions and manage clinical projects. Inspire Others: Act as a mentor, providing coaching and training to keep the team at the forefront of clinical developments. About You Qualified: Registered Nurse ( RGN/RMN ) with an active NMC pin. Expertise: Experience in gerontology and a solid grasp of clinical policy/pharmaceutical guidelines. Leader: Proven track record in clinical mentorship and a passion for person-centered care.
