Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Primary schools across Lincoln are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The Role:
* Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils
* Assisting children with additional learning needs (including SEN)
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* Encouraging pupils’ academic, social and emotional development

✅ We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
* A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
* Relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
