The Accounts Assistant / Payroll Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Finance department with daily accounting tasks, payroll administration, and compliance requirements. The position requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organisational skills to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Essential
Previous experience in payroll administration, preferably within hospitality or a multi-shift workforce.
Basic understanding of UK payroll legislation, tax, and pension requirements.
Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Desirable
Previous experience in hotel finance or a luxury hospitality environment.
Knowledge of Sun Systems, ADP (IHCM 2 & RealTime), Vision excel or similar accounting/payroll systems.
