My client is a specialist care provider who support adults with learning disabilities, mental health, substance misuse in a range of different services across the Lancashire area. I am looking for a Service Manager to oversee two supported living services, one in Blackpool and one in Bolton for adults with mental health and complex needs. Your time will be split evenly between both sites. You will manage the day to day running of the services, leading two Deputy Managers and a team of support staff in the homes, ensure CQC and regulatory compliance, work with the Registered Manager on key managerial decisions.
