Responsibilities
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Assist students with learning activities, both individually and in groups
* Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs or disabilities
* Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
* Support students' social and emotional development
Qualifications
* Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting learners
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting varied learning needs
* Relevant qualifications or experience in education or childcare is desirable but not essential
* DBS clearance will be required
