Gap personnel are currently looking for an Administrator on temp to perm basis for our well established client based in Dudley with an immediate start !
Shift: Monday to Friday
9AM-2PM but flexible
Pay:
£13 per hour

Key responsibilities:
* General administrative duties
* Answering phones and handling customer enquiries
* Scheduling jobs and managing daily calendars
* Updating and maintaining records and job sheets
* Supporting the team with general admin duties
* Communicating with customers and staff clearly and professionally
Requirements:
* Previous admin experience essential
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Must be reliable, organised, and proactive
