Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy warehouse and production environment in Wisbech. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership and warehouse experience.
Candidates must hold a valid, in‑date Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Bendi licence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure daily targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team within a fast‑paced warehouse/production environment
* Ensure daily productivity and operational targets are met
* Monitor quality standards and maintain health & safety procedures
* Allocate workloads and provide guidance to team members
* Operate warehouse equipment when required
* Support with stock movement, pallet handling, and general warehouse duties
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous Team Leader or management experience essential
* Valid and in‑date Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Bendi licence required
* Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
* Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example
