Dealing with Tier 1, developers and contractorssuch as; Multiplex, Kier, Willmott Dixon, Kier, Bellway, Wates & Landsec Manage the commercial and financial performance of brickwork packages from tender stage through to final account Prepare budgets, valuations, payment applications, cost reports, and cash flow forecast Identify, price, negotiate, and agree variations and additional works Administer and advise on subcontract and main contract conditions (primarily JCT) Work closely with site, contracts, and estimating teams to support profitable and efficient project delivery The ideal applicant will be Quantity Surveyor Brickwork with: Must have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Ideally will have experience quantity within brickwork, masonry or related.
