This is the job In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for email-based customer enquiries (with some phone calls) relating to event signage and housing development signs. You’ll manage your own region – primarily Scotland and the North of England – ensuring queries are handled efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via email (and occasional phone calls). Load enquiries onto our internal system and maintain accurate records. Liaise with internal teams and local authorities to share quotes and progress orders. Provide excellent B2B customer service (97% of customers are businesses). Take ownership of your region while supporting other colleagues Proactively move enquiries forward to ensure timely resolution. What will I be doing? What do I need? Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A proactive approach with the drive to keep things moving. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to learn and master a complex role (training provided). Flexibility to support other regions when needed. Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable.
