Job Description:
Role Overview: As an experienced Engineer, this role offers a unique opportunity to transition into management within the Smoke Control Department, which is crucial for the growth of the Fire division. Responsibilities include providing technical support, supporting new inquiries, developing business through cross-selling, managing projects, and ensuring safety and compliance, especially with AOV systems.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Support new enquiries, engage with potential clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, and identify market opportunities.
2. Enquiry Handling and Quoting: Manage enquiries, conduct site surveys, and prepare quotations and proposals.
3. Project Management: Deliver projects to high standards, coordinate with teams, and monitor progress.
4. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure safety and quality standards, manage RAMS, and maintain documentation.
5. Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact, provide technical support, and communicate effectively.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Track performance metrics and provide insights for management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue growth, enquiry conversion rate, cross-selling success, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions: Initial onboarding and training in the office, followed by a hybrid work arrangement involving home-based work and site visits, with regular reviews.
