Key responsibilities include:
* Competent verbal and written English
* Experience within health and social care settings
* Dhaka language skills are desirable
Meet the person you’ll be supporting:
* Who am I? I am a 16-year-old female living at home with my grandma.
* What challenges do I have? I am diagnosed with autism, which can lead to challenging behaviours. I require a consistent routine, clear boundaries, and highly experienced staff trained in autism & challenging behaviour.
* What are my aspirations? To enrich my quality of life and access the community.
* What activities do I enjoy? Going out in the community and taking part in planned activities like walks in the park.
* How do I get out into my local community? I like to go out in the car, so a driver is needed on every shift.
My team:
* Support ratio: 2-1 during the day and 1-1 during waking nights.
* Shift patterns: 10am to 10pm day shifts and waking nights with 2 staff during the day and 1 at night.
* Training: Staff will receive bespoke training tailored to my needs.

Additional notes: We cannot sponsor overseas candidates. Proof of right to work in the UK and a recent overseas police check are required if applicable.
