1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant – Hedge End Contract – Part Time and Full Time available Start date – January 2026 What You’ll Bring Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school or similar setting A calm, patient and understanding approach to behaviour and communication Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families Flexibility to adapt your support to meet the unique needs of an individual child Reliability, resilience and a positive, proactive attitude A relevant qualification (Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) is desirable but not essential Your Role in School As a 1:1 SEN LSA in Hedge End, you will be providing dedicated support to a pupil who needs additional help to succeed in their learning.
