What You’ll Be Doing In this 360° recruitment consultant role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle with ownership over your desk and the support to scale it. You will: * Manage existing client relationships and develop new business * Source and qualify high-calibre candidates * Guide clients and candidates through the full hiring process * Build and maintain a profitable desk with autonomy * Collaborate with an experienced, ambitious team * Leverage our strong brand presence and tools to grow your market What We’re Looking For We’re after recruitment consultants with 1 year of 360 experience (any sector) who are: * Driven by results and motivated by commission * Confident communicators with strong commercial awareness * Capable of managing both client and candidate relationships * Eager to step into a business with real growth opportunities * Looking for a company that rewards performance and supports progress Construction recruitment consultant experience is a bonus, but not essential.
