Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to adults with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
* Supervise and support junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment.
* Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
* Medication administration & associated record keeping.
Experience
* Previous experience as a Senior/Team Leader is desirable.
* Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with residents and team members.
* Familiarity with creating and managing support plans
* NVQ 3 or equivalent is advantageous.
* Medication administration experience.

* Week day pay of £14.50 per hour and £15.50 per hour on weekends
