Daytodaytheroledeliverscontractmanagementfandqualityassuranceforourimprovementprogramme,majorrepairs,carryingoutsiteinspectionsandscopingofworks.Theprogrammeincludesworkstreamsforkitchenandbathroomreplacement,Roofing,Windows,Doorsandinternal/externalimprovementsacrossourhousingportfolio.Majorrepairsandcomplexworksdeliveryforourrepairsservice. OurHousingSurveyor'sarecustomerfocusedandthedeliveryofsurveys,inspectionsandimprovementswithinourresidentialhomesrequiresexcellentcommunicationskills. ReportingtotheHousingPropertyTeamLeaderstherolerequirestechnicalexperiencetoensurequalitystandardsandexperienceincommercialawarenesstoensureVFMisachievedwithincontractmanagement. QualificationsandExperience: DegreeorHNDinBuildingSurveyingorConstructionMnagement,orrelateddiscipline. OrQualifiedbyextensiverelevantexperienceinHousing/Propertyandplannedworkscontractdelivery.
