Sales Progressor, with previous sales progression experience required for an exciting new role for our established client. Salary is up to £35,000 depending on experience.
Duties:
1. Responsible for progression of sales from reservation to legal completion
2. Processing of all legal documents
3. Ensure all sales systems are kept up to date relating to plot sales
4. Updating sales trackers for each site on a weekly basis
5. Minute the weekly sales meeting
6. Audit all reservation paperwork
7. Update and distribute all sales reports accurately
8. Attend weekly Build/Sales meetings
9. Host weekly sales progression call with company solicitor and IFAs with instructed estate agents, and solicitors
10. Update CRM with progression notes together with auditing updates from Site Sales
11. Auditing Rightmove to ensure appointed agents using correct information
