We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven eCommerce Marketing Lead to accelerate our growth in the UK.About the Role This is a high-impact role responsible for leading eCommerce marketing across YETI’s direct-to-consumer channels in UK. As the eCommerce Marketing, Lead– you will own and execute strategies on site to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth while elevating our brand presence across key markets. Reporting to the eCommerce Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will work cross-functionally with development, supply chain, logistics, and business operations teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and business results.**Key Responsibilities**Work closely with the development team to execute site enhancements, A/B testing, and technical optimizations that improve performance and user experience.**Who You Are**A strategic marketer with a deep understanding of eCommerce marketing, digital acquisition, and retention strategies.An ability to write copy in line with brand guidelines and adapt to UK market when neededPrepared to get involved in anything related to the site and test/optimise the method to execute any work required delivery a strong on-site experience.5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, Strong knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), marketing automation tools, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred). Highly organized with experience in project management toolsExperience working with development teams to implement site improvements and enhance digital experiences. Experience in Shopify expected
