Evening Cleaner Location: Medical Unit, Bury, BL9 8RS Hours: 2 hours per day, every evening (Monday – Sunday) – Flexible working hours between 6PM and 12AM Duration: Ongoing (Temp to Perm) Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour About the Role We are recruiting an Evening Cleaner to work at a medical unit, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize patient rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces Disinfect high-touch surfaces including countertops, door handles, and medical equipment Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Empty waste bins and dispose of medical waste safely Replenish supplies including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Follow health and safety regulations and infection control procedures Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor Requirements Previous cleaning experience preferred (especially in medical or healthcare settings) Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards Ability to work independently and efficiently Good communication skills and reliability Punctual and trustworthy Benefits Flexible evening hours Consistent work schedule Supportive and friendly team environment Apply today!
