A rapidly expanding, specialist IT consultancy—focused on delivering cutting-edge Microsoft Cloud-based solutions—is seeking a highly experienced Contract Project Manager to lead their critical Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and change programmes following recent acquisitions.
This is a high-stakes, hands-on role for a proven delivery expert who will be responsible for turning acquisition strategy into operational reality by seamlessly blending newly acquired businesses into the core organisation.
The Project:
You will lead the full end-to-end post-merger integration program, ensuring the successful harmonisation of systems, processes, people, and operations across all entities.
* Develop and drive a clear, comprehensive integration roadmap.
* Coordinate complex workstreams spanning IT, Finance, HR, and Commercial functions.
* Ensure the measurable delivery of platform and process harmonisation to hit critical synergy targets.
Key Requirements for the Project Manager:
* Essential PMI Experience: Proven, end-to-end Post-Merger Integration or complex large-scale change program delivery experience is mandatory, ideally within a technology or digital services organisation.
* Strong Execution: You are a seasoned Project Manager who can both design the plan and personally drive the delivery and hands-on execution of the integration activities.
* Technology Context: Solid familiarity with technology platforms, with a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics, etc.), or a broad background in the tech-services sector.
* Stakeholder Management: You excel at coordinating across leadership, multiple functions, and newly acquired entities.
