3. CIPD Level 3 qualified, actively working towards CIPD Level 5, with a solid foundation in UK employment law and HR best-practice.
4. Experience managing a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management.
5. Strong HR administration and documentation skills, producing accurate case paperwork, correspondence, and meeting notes while maintaining confidentiality.
6. Confident first point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical, policy‑led ER advice in a fast‑paced environment.

A successful HR Advisor should have:
7. Proven experience managing ER cases.
8. A CIPD qualification.
9. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
10. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
