We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting a customer-focused, commercially driven service;
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the production of management accounts across the Group.
* Manage and develop the Finance Team, including appraisals and training.
* Oversee payroll, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management.
* Coordinate annual budgeting and support KPI reporting.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
* Manage audit processes and VAT/landfill tax submissions.
What We're Looking For:
* Essential: AAT qualified, demonstrable experience in finance/accounting, strong reporting and analytical skills, experience managing teams.
* Desirable: ACCA/CIMA qualified, experience in the waste/recycling industry.
