Part-time Scheme Manager required in Ormskirk until at least October 2024, hours per week, which can be split across 5 days or 3.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the lettings process to ensure appropriate levels to minimise void levels and carry out viewings with prospective new tenants
2. Carry out inductions with new residents, ensuring they are able to manage the safety & security of their amodation.
3. Conducting property inspections, managing the overall health & safety of the building and reporting required repair work.
4. Daily wellbeing calls and checks for tenants based on assessed risk, and respond to emergency calls via the emergency system.
5. Assisting residents with tenancy sustainment, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities in relation to their tenancy.
6. Provide advice on low level rent arrears, working in liaison with the Ie Team.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience of working in a social housing or care setting with elderly and vulnerable people.
8. Experience ofpleting assessments and developing support plans for clients, providing budgeting advice & devising budgeting plans and knowledge of welfare benefit system.
9. Experience of crisis management, risk minimisation and managing personal resilience.
10. Multi-agency working experience.
