Robert Half are recruiting a Financial Controller role on a permanent basis with a growing business based in Swindon.
The role
The Financial Controller will oversee the day to day running of the finance function and will be responsible for a range of duties including but not limited to:
1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
3. Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements.
4. Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
5. Lead and support the finance team.
6. Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
Profile
7. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
8. Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
9. Proven leadership experience.
10. Experience with manufacturing or retail would be an advantage.
11. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Package
12. £70,000 - £80,000.
13. Bonus scheme.
