Position: Area Manager - East & North Yorkshire Coast and Teesside
Salary: up to circa £45,000 plus up to £10,000 bonus opportunity, plus company car.

Heron Foods is one of the UK's fastest‑growing food retailers with over 340 stores across England and Wales. As part of the B&M retail group, we are expanding rapidly with new store openings planned month‑by‑month. As an Area Manager you will lead approximately 12 stores in the Teesside area, down to Thirsk and along the East and North Yorkshire coast. Working with your Regional Manager, you will nurture talent, implement succession plans and develop future leaders. You will inspire teams to achieve high store standards and sales performance, supporting Heron's continued growth as a trusted community‑based discount retailer.

Essential skills or experience
* Experience within a similar retail role at Area Management level.
* A record of developing teams and achieving results.
* A genuine passion for retail, customer service and product.
