Pobl. is recruiting for an Account Manager to join a boutique MedComms agency specializing in medical education. Based either in Chester (UK) or Rome (Italy), this opportunity would suit an experienced Account Executive ready to step up, or an Account Manager seeking a new challenge where your organizational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.

What You'll Be Doing
* Hands-on management: oversee the delivery of medical education programs and materials, keeping projects within scope, budget and timelines
* Team collaboration: work directly with internal teams to plan and finalize client deliverables that meet the highest standards
* Relationship building: liaise with international clients, partners and program faculty to support successful project delivery
* Event coordination: assist with logistics management and work with external suppliers to ensure seamless execution
* Client communication: lead meetings and provide timely, accurate status reports that demonstrate your attention to detail
What We're Looking For
* Medical education experience: at least a few years in a similar role, preferably within a medical education agency setting
* Strong communicator: outstanding verbal and written skills with the ability to efficiently capture detail
* Self-starter mindset: highly organized with a focused yet flexible approach to your work
* Virtual collaboration skills: experience working effectively with colleagues and clients in remote settings
* An interest in science and healthcare communication: degree-level education is preferred, particularly in a biomedical science
