We are looking for an Administrator to support our Quality and Risk team.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday typically 09:00 17:00 (hours to be agreed)
Pay: £ per hour
Main duties of the job
As FCMS Quality & Risk Admin support, you will be an integral part of the Quality and Risk team to helpsupport compliance and quality whilst also enhancing and strengthening ourapproach to governance frameworks and policies to ensure the organisation iswell prepared to meet external regulatory inspection requirements and to ensurewe do what is best for our patients.
Youwill also work alongside our Chief Operating Officer and help support them withadmin tasks such as minute taking and diary management.

Job responsibilities
Examples of Key Responsibilities: (this list is not exhaustive)
Handling incoming calls and emails
Compliancechecks for clinicians
Be a designated first aider and fire marshal and perform these duties asrequired and in line with training (training will be provided)
Arranging meetings with colleagues both internal and external to theorganisation, producing agendas, minute taking, creating, and maintainingspreadsheets, and data bases.
Undertake anyother ad-hoc general duties as required.
