Overview
* An amazing opportunity to join the Food and Beverage team at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.
* As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be working in a fast-paced operation where service and standards are at the forefront of the Kitchen restaurants and our brand standards.
* You will be a key link between the kitchen and front of house teams ensuring that all food is brought from the kitchen to the restaurant timely and that the dining guests receive a high level of customer service.
* You will be knowledgeable about the restaurant menu so that you are able to answer questions and make recommendations should it be asked of you.
* As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be competent with applications such as OpenTable, Adecco and Micros and are able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.
About You
* Previous front of house waiting experience in a high-end food-led operation is preferred; however training can be provided.
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
* Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
* Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
