What You’ll Do
* Lead and motivate radiographers, support workers and admin teams
* Drive service innovation and quality improvement
* Oversee governance, safety and CQC compliance
* Manage workforce planning, training and development
* Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver an exceptional, patient‑focused service
What You Bring
* HCPC registration & BSc/Diploma in Radiography
* Strong, values-based leadership capability and experience managing teams
* Expertise across imaging modalities and quality assurance
* A calm, professional approach and commitment to high standards
