Arco have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Branch Sales Advisor to join the team, working from our store in Leeds. As a Branch Sales Advisor you will deliver high levels of customer service, and actively drive sales activity, improving customer loyalty and growing Arco’s profitability. The Branch Sales Advisor role is a part time position for 20 hours a week over 5 days. The days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 16:00. Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the health and safety industry or personal protective equipment (PPE), as we’ll teach you all there is to know, and provide you with a platform to learn, develop and grow. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out outbound calls to customers to build relationships and drive revenue through accounts Supporting the Territory Account Manager with local customers Providing high levels of customer service and build strong customer relationships Supporting with opening accounts, providing quotations and customer account management Driving sales through customer calling, leaflet distribution and other sales activity Managing cash in line with company policies and procedures including cashing up, processing refunds and supporting with the banking collection Following merchandising principles, including pricing, campaign set ups and ensuring product displays are well maintained Assisting with control of stock, including processing of deliveries, click and collect and actioning weekly stock counts.
