Our fabulous team in Paisley is expanding their bank pool and on the lookout for a creative individual with a positive attitude to join them as a Bank Support Practitioner. Our bank contracts will give you flexibility over the days and hours you work, tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit.
This is a Bank (as and when required) role, meaning shifts will be offered based on service needs. If you're looking for full-time, guaranteed hours, this may not be the right fit, but if you want flexibility, we'd love to hear from you!
The Role
As a Bank Support Practitioner you will play a vital role supporting our team in Paisley. You will cover shifts to ensure continued high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness. To build trusting relationships with the people we support, we ask that you ideally pick up1-2 shifts per week.
You'll support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs. As a Support Practitioner, you will assist with all aspects of daily living including meal preparation, medication, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, support with moving and handling and personal care. As well as helping the people we support in their own homes, you’ll also provide emotional support and assist them to maintain relationships with family and friends.
The people we support enjoy being active in their communities, from arts and crafts to watching the football and going out for a tasty bite to eat, the list is endless. We also have a few people we support who volunteer or attend colleague. We’ll be looking to you to take an active interest in their hobbies and enable individuals to explore new opportunities.

Shift Patterns
Our dedicated friendly teams provide 24/7 support which is tailored to the needs of each individual, shifts patterns include earlies, days, lates and sleepovers.
