Overview of role
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
The role of a Manufacturing Technician is to Safely and efficiently operate and optimise plant and equipment. Working as part of a team, achieve high levels of targeted performance, customer satisfaction and quality standards; this will be founded on a culture of continuous improvement, development and learning. It is expected that the jobholder will positively contribute to an environment where critical thinking and constructive challenging is the norm.
Full Time, Permanent Role, working 42 hours per week in average on 4 on / 4 off basis (2 days, 2 night shifts followed by 4 days off) 12-hour shifts.
