Mandatory Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
* 15 Standards of Care Certificate (Care Certificate)
Training and competence in:
* Medication administration
* PEG feeding
* Catheter care
* Stoma care
Tracheostomy care
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
* Supporting with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
* Administering medication safely in line with policy and training.
* Providing specialist support with PEG feeding, catheter management, stoma care, and tracheostomy care as required.
* Encouraging independence, dignity, and choice in all aspects of daily living.
* Building trusting relationships with clients and their families, respecting individual needs and preferences.
* Accurately recording and reporting care delivered, incidents, and changes in client wellbeing.
Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other members of the care team.
